The price of the products will be the one stipulated at any given time on the WEBSITE, except in the case of an obvious error. Although ROD ACCESORIOS tries to ensure that all prices listed on the WEBSITE are correct, errors may occur. If ROD ACCESORIOS discovers an error in the price of the products ordered by the customer, ROD ACCESORIOS, after informing the customer as soon as possible, will give them the option to reconfirm their order at the correct price or cancel it. If ROD ACCESORIOS is unable to contact the customer, the order will be considered canceled and the amounts paid will be fully refunded.
ROD ACCESORIOS is not obliged to supply products (even if the Shipping Confirmation has been sent) if the price error is obvious and unequivocal and could reasonably have been recognized by the customer as an incorrect price.
ROD ACCESORIOS product prices may vary, but (except as previously stated), any
possible changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.
Given the particularities of online shopping, the product price stated on the WEBSITE refers exclusively to purchases made on the same, and is not necessarily required to match the retail price at ROD ACCESORIOS stores. Accordingly, the price stated on the WEBSITE is only considered binding for online purchases and in no way binds ROD ACCESORIOS stores.
Website prices include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due and itemized for the customer.
Once the customer has made their purchases, all the items they wish to buy will have been added to their bag, and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do this, the customer will follow 6 steps:
1. Click "Add to basket or shopping cart" at the top of the page to add the products they wish to buy.
2. Next, click "Buy".
3. Fill out and review the contact information, order details, and the address where they wish the order to be shipped.
4. Choose the payment method they wish to use to make the purchase (credit card or PayPal) and enter the corresponding information.

6. Confirm the purchase by clicking “Place the order". The customer can make the payment through the Mercado Pago platform with the following cards: Visa, MasterCard,
(credit and debit), PayPal, and Kueski Pay. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, they will be redirected to the virtual payment gateway/PayPal/Kueski Pay screen that will authorize the payment of the order.

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity of the
same; if said entity does not authorize the payment, ROD ACCESORIOS. is not responsible for any delay or
failure to deliver and, ultimately, for not proceeding to formalize the sales contract with the customer.
Value added tax (VAT) In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of delivery.
